A 24-hour rescheduling notice is required. I do understand that emergencies happen + will be considered, but reserve the right to charge 50% of your booked service. If you are more than 10 minutes late I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fit your appointment into the schedule + you may be charged 50% of your booked service. Please ensure you contact me by text me at (949) 899-0037, if you are going to be late so I can determine if we will still have your allotted time available or if you need to be rescheduled. Excessive rescheduling will result in the loss of online booking access + you will need to contact me directly to book. Please understand that I do not want to charge these fees as I would rather be performing your service! I do give a grace period of 3 late cancels before I implement this policy; this does not pertain to no show appointments, those are automatically charged. I will always try to work with you and make your appointment happen but it has to work for both of us. 🤍
